Unit was impeccably clean, but the bathrooms due for an upgrade, king bed didn’t have a bed skirt so your looking at mattress boxes which is a must fix, some patio furniture cracking, walls and doors scraped up, light bulbs burned out, batteries dead in remote controls, sofa pullout missing sheets but they quickly delivered some when we called to request sheets on a Saturday evening which was awesome, the view is spectacular, the unit is fantastic, we are booking again for next year - the entire property os one of the best in Destin, we come several times a year for 40 years and this spot is our favorite! Thank you for allowing us to wonderful trip and condo!

This was the perfect size for my family of 6. We loved the huge balcony and the spaciousness of the place . Everything we needed to make meals was there. We will be back and would stay here again!
