Overview

The spirit of seaside living is alive in this lovely, family-friendly condo. The bright walls and tasteful beach decor may inspire fun trips down to the beach. There's plenty of space for everyone, and lots of luxurious details. Each colorful bedroom features a private entrance to a bathroom if not a complete en suite bathroom - the main bedroom also features a private balcony! There's also a desk workspace in the main bedroom for guests who need to finish remote work or schooling. The laundry room (which houses a private washer/dryer for guest use) features a built-in shelf for sorting and folding. The full kitchen features a French door refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a breakfast bar with tilework that recalls the sandy beach. When you're not enjoying each other's company (or a show on the mounted flatscreen TV) in the comfortable living room, you can enjoy some fresh air on the nearby furnished balcony. Guests can enjoy access to a shared firepit and gas grill area during their stay - the fun at the beach just doesn't stop!

What's nearby:
The beach is just a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just six miles from the condo. Beyond the beach, guests can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over three miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo.

Things to know:
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION: Starting September 1, 2025 - April 29, 2026, the balconies will be undergoing renovations.
The project will be phased out in the four buildings. During the course of painting/repairs, there will be construction noise and inaccessibility to parts of the building and balcony. Construction will be scheduled 6 days a week. There could be weather delays during construction.

We were originally scheduled to stay across from James Lee Beach when we were notified that our cottage was undergoing renovations and would not be done in time for our visit. We were given the option to stay at this place and it was terrific. Private grounds, short walk to the beach. The beach was less crowded than we expected, clean and had a daily lifeguard on duty. The ramp to the beach made getting to and from the beach much easier!

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pitchers, bowls, Keurig, coffee pot with the V-style filter. The consumables like coffee and filters are not provided, I just thought it useful to say what kind of filter is necessary. I loved how many full bathrooms existed. The main suite bathroom had a shower AND a tub/shower combo with a wand spray head. The other bathrooms also had full tub/shower combos. They’re a little hard to see on the 3D and floor plan. This space has so much seating. We could’ve entertained. We didn’t but there was plenty of room. Our weekend was rainy so we didn’t get to enjoy the balconies or pools. The only thing that would’ve made this better was if it had a roll-in shower for a wheelchair. It was pretty easy to maneuver the wheelchair in the home once we moved a couple chairs. Okay…that was a ramble. I hope it helped answer any random questions you may’ve had.
