My family of 4 arrived around 10pm on Sunday and we left right before sunrise on that Friday morning. Check-out was 10am. The reviews were accurate and the condo was better than I expected. I appreciated the fact that it was clean, well decorated and undated. The energy in the condo felt good as well! The only complaint I had was that I never go Avari Management to text me the answer to my question of, how do I obtain the parking pass since the email said I would need a pass or get towed. I asked and the person responding asked what kind of pass and then begin to list all types of passes. It was ridiculous. I said, "parking" and I never received a response. I finally arrive and called a number, and a lady told me that it should be on the counter somewhere and it was. I was worried about being towed my entire ride down and it was unnecessary stress.My husband said he really liked the place and enjoyed his vacation, and he wanted to come back in the Fall.

Perfect room for a family of four, everything was perfect, 10/10 stay!!

The room is exactly the same as the pictures. It has its own designated parking spots which is lovely! Finding the room was a little bit of a challenge but once you find it, you were good. It genuinely had everything you would need and for a family, having kids items like cups, plates, utensils, games, and even books was a sweet surprise! The master bathroom shower head was one that disconnected so bath time with littles ones was a breeze and didn’t have to worry about using a cup. The whole place was clean, towels were nicely white, and the washer and dryer worked perfect. The icemaker in the fridge was nice so we didn’t have to go out for bags of ice. 10/10 stay and will be booking again!!

The only bad thing I could say is the sprinklers come on at 9pm and we didn’t not realize that until we was sitting on the patio area and started getting soaked. This is probably something the room owners can’t control but it would have been nice to know before hand! It is a laughable memory now.

Hola, pues la verdad que nuestra estadía con ustedes fue lo máximo mi familia y yo quedamos encantados y con ganas de regresar que lugar tan maravilloso ,acogedor, lindo , excelente ubicación y todos los servicios al 100% , ya empecé a recomendarlos con mis amigos !
