Overall the condo was great and perfectly located right by the beach! We had everything we needed. Nice beach! The management company was very nice and fast at responding to any questions we had!

The placement was perfect!! It was right in the beach short walk from the room. The balcony has a beautiful ocean view. The communication was very responsive when we ran across minor issues they came to fix asap.

Edgewater 0903 was perfect for our family for our 6 day Florida vacation! Edgewater is a beautifully maintained, safe, squeaky clean resort in Miramar Beach. The pools were a bit chilly (even the heated pool) but it didn't stop us from enjoying the pool deck and hot tub. The lounge chairs are very limited in number so if you want a chair plan to get to the pool early. The beach is absolutely breathtaking, just make sure to bring your own beach chairs. The condo itself is updated and very very clean!! There were a few areas showing a bit of wear and tear, mainly the bathroom baseboards and dining room furniture. The kitchen is fully stocked and even had some dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient! The beds were comfortable and fit my family of 5 well! I do feel like the unit could use a couple more blankets as the linens on the beds were light and we all got a little chilly on the cooler nights. Will be back!
