Overview

Get ready to make the best beach memories while staying at this gorgeous, snowbird-friendly townhouse! You will fall in love with this prime location within walking distance of the soft sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The closest beach access is less than a half-mile west, which is Public Beach Access - Geronimo. Two miles west is the Miramar Beach Regional Access. Located in Miramar Beach, this home is close to restaurants and shopping. Additionally, you will have access to a sparkling community pool during your stay.

This delightful home has two levels that will give guests plenty of space to relax and unwind. The main living space with its beautifully designed open floor plan is located on the first level. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or brew a cup of coffee and sit on the private patio. The sunny living room provides an inviting spot to unwind and watch favorite shows and movies on the cable-enabled TV. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with a stackable washer/dryer in the hall.

My family and I loved it.

Great proximity to the beach. For the most part it was safe, clean and comfortable. It was dog friendly and welcoming with no additional fees or payment. This was what sealed the deal for us.

The price could be lower, however I can’t complain though.

Such a great place to stay! Beautifully renovated townhome with everything to make your stay a breeze. Additionally, the beach is easily walkable in less than 10 minutes with convenience of being able to walk to the grocery store and a few restaurants as well! Highly recommend.

The condo is spacious and in a good location. Plenty of bathrooms. The pool is nice and close to the unit. And the walk to the beach isn’t bad. There’s a place to take your fur baby for a walk. It’s not fenced in but it still worked. The ‘water view’ part isn’t really anything to speak of. Just a marsh or something. Two assigned parking spots right outside unit was super convenient. It’s in a good location!
