Located in Miramar Beach, this home is close to restaurants and shopping. Additionally, you will have access to a sparkling community pool during your stay.

This delightful home has two levels that will give guests plenty of space to relax and unwind. The main living space with its beautifully designed open floor plan is located on the first level. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen or brew a cup of coffee and sit on the private patio. The sunny living room provides an inviting spot to unwind and watch favorite shows and movies on the cable-enabled TV. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with a stackable washer/dryer in the hall.

Decent place to stay. Very helpful to be ground level for pets. Kitchen was nice. Beds were metal frames so they all speak when you move. Batheoom had a shower with mold and old water damage.

This townhouse is as described and provided a good option for us to stay near friends in the same conmunity. It is directly beside a busy road but the noise wasn’t disruptive to our stay and it is walkable to the beach. Provided supplies (soap, detergent, bags, etc.) were basic and minimal. Communication with the property manager was slow and seemed automated, so I’m glad we didn’t have any issues.
Overall our family was satisfied with our stay.

I would definitely never stay here again! I’ve never had to write a bad review. It was not cleaned well. The couch smelled like dog so bad you couldn’t even sit on it. The rug was stained and needs to be trashed. The shower leaked in the master bathroom and soaked the floor. The headboard in the master bedroom was stained and disgusting. The whole place was so cheaply put together. We killed 2 roaches. Instead of a beach vacation it was more like a camping trip. Not my expectations at all. The location was great.

Overall, our stay was good. However the two things were cleanliness and communication. The management company changed after we booked, and it was hard to get in contact with Avari, as they don't answer that promptly. There was also some food left behind on the floor in the bedroom- a grape in the corner.
