Awesome view but needs some TLC on carpets big time see

We loved the view!!! But the condo needs some attention. Bedroom carpets are terrible!! Very dirty. Pull out sofa needs new mattress. Other bedroom needs a TV. The unit was clean and you can't beat that view. Location was great and the guys working the beach were very helpful.

Very Dirty carpets. Old matress on pullout sofa. Balcony furniture just ok.

Avari response:

We truly appreciate your feedback, James. It’s wonderful to hear that you loved the view and found our location to be great. We’re glad our beach team could assist you during your stay.

We take your comments about the carpets and the pull-out sofa mattress seriously. While we strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, we understand that some areas need attention. Your insights help us improve, and we will certainly look into these issues.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay where you can enjoy that stunning view again.

Clean, nice floor plan, huge balcony and awesome sea view.

No salt and pepper were ready

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the clean space and the fantastic sea view from the huge balcony, Guan. It sounds like you made the most of the beautiful setting at our Gulf-front property. We appreciate your feedback about the lack of salt and pepper; we strive to provide a fully equipped kitchen for our guests, and we’ll make sure to address that. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you back for another relaxing stay by the beach soon.

We had the best time relaxing at the beach at this property. It was close to restaurants, clean facilities, quiet and just what we needed.
