Gulfside condo with wifi, private balcony, central ac, W&D, pool, and hot tub

We stayed here with 3 adults and 6 kids! Had the best time, very clean! Great location, right across from the beach, about a 1-2 minute walk. Our air conditioning in the condo broke the day before our trip, and they made sure to put 3 portable air units in there so we could still stay and be comfortable. It was Fourth of July weekend and no way to get another unit ANYWHERE. We were very appreciative and had the best time! Will use them again!

La cocina tenía todo lo necesario para cocinar, el apartamento es cómodo y espacioso, las camas si estaban un poco incómodas ya que en el cuarto donde está la litera sonaba mucho esta como desajustada, del resto todo fue excelente. El acceso a la playa era maravilloso, y la piscina y el jacuzzi eran excelentes. La playa está a solo unos pasos.

Worst experience in a rental ever.

Beach access right across the street.

We rented a 3 bedroom property and there was only 1 parking space provided. We were not told until after booking that there was only one space. We had 3 cars and we had to park a 1/2 mile away in at an RV park. It was an additional $30 per night per car. It was not told ahead of time how much parking was and we just happened to catch the RV park open. We did not arrive until after 5pm and the RV park closed at 5:00. Upon arriving we had not been provided that there was a gate code so we had to sit at the gate and wait for a code to get in. The first night everyone in the unit woke up sweating. The air was not cooling. We called first thing Saturday morning about the air. They were going to send someone out to look at it while we were out for the day. Upon coming back to the condo it was still not cool. It was 78 degrees in the unit. Someone finally showed up Saturday night around 9pm. He cleaned the coils and said that it should cool a little bit but wasn’t going to have time to get super cool. He stated that the system wasn’t adequate for the condo. We sweated another night. We washed our beach towels we had used during the day and put in the dryer before bed. Upon waking the towels were still completely soaked. We had to run the dryer for 6 dry cycles before we could get dry towels. We had also washed the towels provided for showers so we had no dry towels. We called and the response was “thank you for understanding and being patient we have sent this to our team”. We finally got fresh towels brought to the condo an hour later. For what we paid to stay this weekend it was a horrible experience. We were absolutely miserable with the condo due to the thermostat and lack of working dryer. We will never stay here again or rent from the management company. There is no reason we spent thousands of dollars to be miserable. The only positive was that beach access was directly across the street.
