This spacious condo is perfect for a family or group that need space to spread out! The great room, connected to the space at large and set up with plenty of seating, features a wide view of the ocean perhaps best enjoyed from your own private furnished balcony. Central air conditioning and extra blankets will help everyone get comfortable. The full kitchen is equipped with all the tools you need to make something delicious, including plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar for when you're eager to eat and then dash off to the beach. A door separates the bedrooms as well as the private washer/dryer from the main shared area. Whoever claims the main bedroom will be able to enjoy a private balcony (with two separate entrances) and an en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a jetted tub. But no matter where you decide to rest, you can enjoy access to shared amenities such as the pool, tennis court, fitness center, and both charcoal and gas grills during their stay. The beach is a short walk away - don't forget to walk down to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo. Henderson Beach State Park features clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under six miles from the condo, hosts free shows and family-friendly exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator! THINGS TO KNOW No boats, trailers, RVs, or motorcycles. Chair, umbrella sets, and bicycle checkouts can be arranged at the beach shack in front of the pool.
