We had a great time with family while in Destin for a weekend getaway. This place is perfect when it comes to location and view. And, direct access to a beach is simply convinent. The host maintained proactive communication throughout and were friendly to interact with. The place in general is little worn down but nothing that would stop us from staying there. All utilities and amenities were available and functioned as described. All instructions provided were berly clear and very easy to get in and out building, including parking, which was a huge time saving. We had a couple of pre existing issues we found upon checkin however, management was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Just a note for parent traveling with young kids: there is no secondary lock on front door and kids can easily open and get out. This unit is on 14th floor and represents some caution to keep them safe.

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear that you and your family had a great time during your weekend getaway in Destin! The location and beach access really do make it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It’s wonderful to know that our communication was helpful and that you found the instructions clear and easy to follow.

We appreciate your feedback about the condition of the condo and the note regarding the front door lock. Safety is a priority for us, and we’ll certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to enhance our guests' experience. We're also glad our team was able to respond quickly to the issues you encountered.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we hope to welcome you back for another memorable stay!
