Stayed in the Mainsail previously and this condo was as advertised. Other than some construction going on all was great

Well, I paid for a place and got to stay there for one night then we had a leak in the ceiling. They offered us another place that was less expensive and did not give us the difference in the rates. They offered me maybe half of what I should’ve been reimbursed for the place needs major renovations.

Our view was beautiful from balcony. The sliding door needs replaced so you can see through the glass. Our washer didn’t work, tech came and said he thought it was okay, but a few hours later when we came back in it was making a noise like it was running. We unplugged it and called to report. Never heard from anyone after reporting it. On Friday we got some very noisy neighbors so we chose to cut our stay short a day. Direction on how to get to your room would have been handy. For first time visitors we assumed 371 would be in third floor. Nope it was 7th floor. But we figured it out on our own as well as the direction we needed to go to get to the beach. Small fixes would make this place awesome.
