September 2026

The place is very clean and we enjoyed our stay immensely but there are somethings the host should provide to make things easier. I understand bringing a hairdryer but it would be nice if an iron and iron board are provided and some cleaning products to help maintain the property. We had to buy stuff to clean the counters and we couldn’t clean the glass dining room table as nothing was provided. Also needed a broom to help keep sand in the condo to a minimum. While the kitchen was well appointed we couldn’t eat a meal without one couple sharing a fork as there were only 5 forks. Also they were lovely enough to provide beach service for two but nowhere is that put in the listing so we didn’t know until 3 days into the vacation and went to ask to about renting some chairs. I would definitely stay here again so I hope they take these suggestions into consideration.

Avari response:

We’re so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay, Todd, and we appreciate your thoughtful feedback. It’s wonderful to know that you found the condo clean and inviting.

We understand how important it is to have the right tools for a comfortable stay, and we’re sorry to hear about the missing iron and cleaning supplies. Your suggestions about providing more utensils and a broom are valuable, and we’ll definitely take them into consideration to enhance our guests' experience.

We’re also glad you discovered the beach service! We aim to make your beach days as easy as possible, and we’ll work on making that information clearer in our listing.

Thank you for your insights, and we truly hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future.
