Overview

This lovely two bedroom, two bathrooms, condo on the first floor offers a picturesque beach and Gulf view with a convenient stairway from the balcony to the beach boardwalk. The kitchen is fully equipped and has nice wood cabinets, full-size appliances, full housewares, tiled floors, and full-size washer and dryer in a separate laundry closet. The primary bedroom offers a majestic four-poster king bed, cozy bedding, a TV, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. The living area has a great casual nautical feel with red, white and blue colors, a comfortable red sofa, a matching loveseat, a West Indies style loveseat, and a chair with ottoman. There is a dining table for six, an outdoor wicker patio set, as well as two bar stools for more casual seating at the bar.

Nice accommodations.

Walking areas without leaving premises. Safe.Roomy accommodations. Steps from beach. Near ground floor, so never took elevator after unloading/loading. Had everything needed to prepare meals (minus the food).

Wish it had been closer toward beach. Palm trees blocked view. Bathroom in master bedroom area too small! Wish it had a full or queen bed in guest bedroom instead of 2 twins. Twin mattress was not comfortable!

Great location and clean place. Well stocked for the most part. Could have had some extra toilet paper/ paper towels. Kids complained twin beds were uncomfortable, so they slept on the couches. Would stay here again
