Good location and price, The only negative aspects were the wood and paint cans under the bed and in the closet, and the noise of the footsteps from the guests upstairs.

The condo was decent, but could use a few repairs and updates. The air conditioner did not work well, and there were noticeable areas that needed work (hanging vent, bedroom vent hard to adjust, shower head knob in tub hard to pull, paint peeling from wall in kitchen).

The property management company was unsatisfactory. They did not provide entry instructions initially, so I had to message them twice and it took them a very long time to respond. When they finally responded, they provided the door code to the condo, however they did not provide the gate code nor the code for private beach access. We had to contact the condo front office at the gate.

The condo itself was fine overall - main issue was the a/c not working well. Hoover the property management company did not do their job well. Based on my experience, I think the price was a little high and I would give an overall 3/5 rating. I probably won’t stay here again, primarily due to lack of response from property management.

Loved everything. It was close to the Stores and the Pool was amazing. Close the the beach with prívate access to the beach was an extra. Also the laundry room was also a plus and they had beach chairs and umbrella along with beach toys.

What could've been a really sour start to our vacation turned into a great experience. We had a specific, unfortunate problem at this location, and the response from the management team was really remarkable. We felt valued and respected during our communications with them, and we were really happy with the solutions they provided. I would definitely book with Vacasa in the future because I know we will be well taken care of!
