Not a great stay

The views and the location right off the water.

My experience at this property was unfortunately far below expectations. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was noticeably lacking. There was hair left in the bathtub, and the floors appeared unswept and inadequately prepared for incoming guests. These issues immediately raised concerns regarding the property’s housekeeping standards and overall attention to detail.

The most frustrating aspect of my stay occurred on the day of checkout. My access code was deactivated significantly earlier than the designated checkout time while I was in the process of transporting my luggage to my vehicle. When I returned to retrieve the remainder of my belongings, including personal electronics and luggage, I discovered that I was locked out of the property.

I promptly contacted customer support and was informed that multiple attempts had been made to reach the property manager, but no one answered. I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done other than waiting for the cleaning staff to arrive. This resulted in nearly a two-hour delay after my scheduled checkout time, leaving my personal belongings inaccessible inside the property.

To make matters worse, I was assured that this matter would be treated as a priority, that I would receive a follow-up call, and that some form of compensation or partial refund would be issued due to the inconvenience. To date, I have received neither a callback nor any reimbursement.

What should have been a straightforward and enjoyable stay turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience due to poor communication, inadequate preparation, and a lack of accountability. As a paying guest, I expected a higher standard of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in this property, and I will not be returning in the future.

The bed

We liked everything about the apartment. It was clean, smelled fresh, and the view was amazing.

The decor is alittle dated. The worst thing was the bed. It was terrible. It rolled you towards the middle. The sides were high, and the middle was just sunk in. I think if the bed gets fixed, no one would have an issue with staying here.
