We had an excellent stay at this condo! It was spotless, beautifully updated, and in the perfect location. The beach was just a short, easy walk away, which made everything so convenient. One of our favorite perks was the private beach section that included two chairs and an umbrella each day—it made relaxing by the water completely hassle-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to enjoy Destin!

Great stay! Beautiful View!! I definitely want to come back! An updated Keurig would have been more helpful but I made do. I could hear ppl out in the hall and around the elevator which was ok for me, just putting that out there. Easy walk to the beach! I love that there’s 2 beach chairs and one umbrella provided as long as you get to the beach early enough to get one (first come first serve) if you need extra chair it’s $15 for the day. They do not tell you that at the front desk. I love there is Ice there already bagged, but you do have to pay for it but so worth the convenience.

We wanted a place that was close to the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee, etc. This place was perfect. 12th floor on the west side of the building (so didn't get bright morning sun). The large balcony had a great view of the beach. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor and the Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Cabana Cafe, Bad Ass coffee all a short walk away. Right across the street from the beach where 2 chairs and an umbrella (included with the room) were set up and waiting for us each morning. A beach bar for drinks was right there. Parking was included and easy. It all made for a great stay in Miramar Beach!
