This place is nice and as advertised. The price is very fair for the property, it is close enough to the beach (8 min walk) and the Surf Hut restaurant is very close with good food and drinks! The townhouse has plenty of space and it was quiet. The little enclosed porch area is nice to have. You will need to bring everything you will need on vacation, coffee and filters and salt and pepper or anything for cooking in. You will also need to bring or buy any beach accessories. There is some cookware and a good-sized kitchen. All in all, it is a nice affordable option for a place right near the beaches in Mirimar.

We had an amazing week-long stay! Everything looked exactly like the pictures and the home was comfortable. Very close to a grocery and convenience store, not too far from the beach. Would definitely book again!

This was a great private place to stay. I didn’t mind walking to the beach (on foot only 7 minutes ) .I would stay here again. Very relaxing.
