Guests enjoy full private access to the studio condo, which features a cozy living space and a kitchenette. Beyond your private retreat, you have full access to the extensive amenities of the Surfside Resort. This includes the heated outdoor pool, relaxing hot tubs, and the fitness center. You can easily reach the pristine white sandy beach via the resort's private skybridge. On-site conveniences such as the spa, salon, and the Royal Palm Grill restaurant are available for your use. Please note that upon arrival, you must register at the front desk to receive your parking passes, amenity codes, and wristbands.

We want your stay at our Miramar Beach studio to be as relaxing as possible. While this unit is managed by Avari, our dedicated team is available at the resort front desk daily to assist you with any questions or needs that arise during your visit. For the quickest assistance, please visit the front desk staff directly. We are committed to ensuring you have a wonderful experience and are always happy to provide guidance on resort amenities or local recommendations throughout your stay.
Other things to note
Welcome to your coastal retreat! Please note that Surfside Resort is an upscale condominium building—not a hotel—and this unit is exclusively managed by Avari. Our team staffs the front desk daily and is happy to help you with anything you need. The resort features excellent on-site amenities, including a spa, salon, and restaurant.
As our guest, your stay includes complimentary seasonal beach service with chairs and an umbrella; please ask our front desk staff for setup details. We provide a starter pack of basic amenities to kick off your vacation, but you will need to supply any additional items required for your stay. Housekeeping is scheduled only on your departure day to refresh the unit for the next arrival, so guests are responsible for washing their own linens. For your convenience, shared laundry facilities are located on the ground floor if your unit does not contain an in-unit washer and dryer. ⚠️ Important Climate & Safety Rule: Please keep patio doors completely closed at all times. Leaving them open allows coastal humidity to create heavy condensation indoors, causing the walls and floors to become wet, which creates an immediate slip hazard.

Great location with very easy beach access! The chair and umbrella service was a great amenity. The view from the balcony was beautiful!
