Honestly, this place exceeded our expectations. We were on the fourth floor and it was perfect. Room right off the elevator, balcony that overlooked the beach/Gulf, right off HWY 98 and sitting on scenic gulf drive.
The beds were so comfortable and big and were perfect for myself, my husband, and our mothers.
Everything honestly was perfect about this location. We come to Destin twice (ish) per year, and this has been the best and prettiest view we’ve had in the past 5 years/10 trips.
Definitely staying here again!

The condo was as described. The only complaints we have were the balcony sliding door frame could have been cleaner, the curtains in the living room need cleaning or replaced, the ice maker was not working, one of the mattress in the guest room is worn out and needs replacing, the shower curtains in the guest bathroom need to be replaced, guest bathroom needs new light bulbs, the towel rack in the master bathroom was broken, and the mattress in the master suite is worn out and needs replacing. These were all minor things that did not stop us from enjoying our stay but makes the rating 4-stars.

This place has great proximity to the beach and we really enjoyed our long weekend. This unit wasn't show stopping but it was good enough and that's really all we needed. We would have appreciated better cooking utensils though- there was no spatula.

Everything was great — I loved the location, the apartment was very nice, and the balcony had a beautiful view. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The only issue was the carpets; they were very dirty and should definitely be replaced.”
