More pros than cons, for sure. Other than the needed detailed cleaning in our room, in areas that aren’t normally routine cleanings (i.e. ceiling fans, hallway air vent, baseboards etc,) the room and location had many pros and was a nice place to stay.
- great updates throughout the condominium
- comfy, clean beds
- clean, relaxing pool
- great proximity to the beautiful beach, restaurants and grocery stores.
- we also experienced a beautiful view from our 2nd floor balcony
- and there were pool and beach toys to enjoy
The only other 2 things I’ll mention to be aware of is - the condominiums have been painted (a pretty) baby blue on the outside, they are not the reddish brown color in the air bnb pictures we looked for upon arrival…
Also, planes often (a few times a day) fly overhead but, if you’re like my family and don’t mind hearing them and enjoy seeing them, it shouldn’t be a problem. 👍🏻

We had a really nice stay here! The location was great and close to everything we needed. The Airbnb had everything our family needed during the trip and was pretty clean when we arrived. The view was beautiful, and my kids especially enjoyed the pool, which was also clean. Being within walking distance to the beach was definitely a huge plus.

Overall, it was a relaxing and comfortable place for me and my family to come back to after all the activities we did during our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very close to the beach! There was even beach accessories available to use. Quiet and nobody was in the pool which was nice.

This is one we will definitely come back to! We’ve stayed in Destin several times, but this time coming to Miramar Beach was a welcome change. The apartment was perfect! Clean, spacious, very pretty, and perfectly located. The beach was a very short walk away and we had a nice private pool too. It was super easy to find, and so quiet and peaceful! We found that there is a very good seafood restaurant just behind us on the beach, and several shops conveniently located within walking distance too. There were chairs and umbrellas for rent, but chairs and umbrellas are also provided by the host too, as well as a cooler and pool and beach toys. We loved our stay, and truly appreciated the quick responses to any questions or comments that we had. Definitely recommend!
