The living area offers nicely coordinated furniture as well as a large TV. The dining table seats everyone, and there are barstools at the breakfast bar for additional seating options. Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, well-coordinated furnishings, three great windows with beautiful views, and an oversize closet. The first guest bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, while the second guest bedroom offers two twins. This vacation rental is located just a couple miles from fantastic Gulf Coast beaches. For incredible shopping and dining options as well as outstanding kids activities and a vibrant nightlife, the Village at Baytowne Wharf is less than a mile from this home. Up for more adventure? Head south to the Emerald Coast Parkway and drive eastward to go shopping at Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, or head west for the soft white sands of Miramar Beach. RESORT AMENITIES -Pool -Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW Two sofabeds in the living area serve as additional sleeping arrangements. A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram, as well. Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.
