Parking instructions completely unclear. Says to park on level 2 yet no code was provided to get to the level 2 parking. Door says no overnight parking in lower level (yet that’s the only place I could park). Couldn’t call because there’s no phone service in lower level parking. I had to track down security to be sure I wouldn’t get towed. Arrival and parking instructions were nothing like what it says and made it very stressful. Once in room the room is nice.

The room was nice and there was a good bit to do. We had a situation with the check in process. While check in is usually 4pm we had to check in later due to my son having a baseball game. When we got to the Airbnb, we had no code to get into the parking garage which is the only way to access the building. It wasn’t until 2:30 am that we got a response with the code to move our vehicle so it didn’t get towed. Despite the situation at check-in, the place is very nice.

We love this location - so many things to do right there within walking distance or using the convenient tram. The amenities are great and the room was cozy and comfortable.
