This place was PERFECT! The ONLY drawback was we were not able to rent a golf cart. This part of Sandestin does not permit golf cart access and/or rentals. However, that is through the Sandestin HOA, not Avari. The home was beautiful, peaceful, everything was easily accessible and communication was great! We will definitely be returning… except to a unit that will allow us use of their golf cart.

this place matched the pictures and everything was as pictured. I couldn't have asked for a better home to enjoy the weekend and days with my family. the pool and fishing was fun as well
