We will likely not book here again. Even though parking is included, there isn’t enough parking for everyone. We had to park at beach parking and hike to the building up a steep hill. When we ran out of parking, one of the people staying with me called the Vacasa hotline & was told she would get a call back with a solution after she provided her call back number. The hotline employee called me instead an hour later, at 10:30pm, after we had parked, hiked, and gotten to bed. If you or anyone else on your trip has accessibility needs, I wouldn’t book here. It’s also much further from the beach than they make it out to be. We ended up just driving to a different public beach. Overall not worth the price and far from common Destin attractions.

The room was so clean and a great location! Easy walk to the beach and pool. We had a few snags with check in- we didn’t get a gate code so I had to call a 1-800 number, but the person I spoke with was great. The microwave didn’t work and we bought a few groceries that needed to be microwaved so those were wasted. I let them know and they said they would put a new one in but it would be after we left. The house cleaning was knocking on the door 30 mins before checkout so that was a little annoying since we were going back to the beach and pool for the day before our 3 hour drive home. Overall, the place was clean and met most of our needs (except the microwave). I would stay here again.

nice small place with a good amount of amenities.

cons-
bathroom door was broken and had to be lifted to close and my children weren't able to do so.

beds are extremely loud and squeaky rolling over in the night woke our baby every time.

the hairdryer was BROKEN and when we tried to use it it started shooting SPARKS AND SMOKING!!
