The property was definitely as listed and made our trip very comfortable. The blow dryer did go out on us the 1st night but they were quick to send up a new one. I do recommend changing out the coffee maker as it is not user friendly nor convenient to use when trying to multi task. Took about 20-25 min to figure out and still wasn’t sure we did it right! lol other than that, the place was perfect and AC and ceiling fans worked like a charm!

Avari response:

Thank you, Julio, for sharing your experience with us. We’re so glad to hear that the property met your expectations and contributed to a comfortable trip. It’s great to know that our team was able to quickly provide a new blow dryer for you.

We appreciate your feedback about the coffee maker. We understand how important it is for everything to be user-friendly, especially when you’re trying to multitask. We’ll definitely take a closer look at that to ensure future guests have a smoother experience.

We’re thrilled that the AC and ceiling fans kept you cool and comfortable. We hope to welcome you back soon for another enjoyable stay!
