The beach is just minutes away, and on-site amenities include a resort-style pool, hot tub, gym, and tennis court.

In the condo itself, you’ll find stylish coastal decor and an open floor plan, ideal for spending time with family and friends. The full kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and there’s plenty of room for everyone at the window-front dining table. Spend the day on the sand, then return to cool off in the central AC while the in-home washer/dryer handles the day’s laundry. THINGS TO KNOW
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
