The spectacular white, sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico are just a half-mile south of this rental (with an on-demand trolley service available to make the trip even easier), allowing you to spend your mornings building sandcastles and watching for playful dolphins in the surf. You can also cool off after a day at the beach in the fantastic community pool. We had a wonderful time! I loved how all the bedrooms had their own bathroom (except the bunk bedroom which we didn’t use). The place was very clean and easy to walk everywhere. Exactly how it was listed! At times it was about 15-20 minute wait for the trolley to the beach but the home did provide beach towels and chairs which was great.

The house is well placed. The beach is across the street. We enjoyed the tram service. We wish they would’ve run later, but the hours that they ran, it was really beneficial. Enjoyed the bikes that they had there. They had some beach chairs and outdoor shower at the house before you came in Pool access was great. The house itself was laid out very nicely And definitely can handle 10 guests easily. I would highly recommend it. The owners and service are very responsive overall.
