Spend your days on the white, sandy beaches, and then come home to kick back on one the balconies, on the deck, or out on the patio while you do a little reading or sip a refreshing beverage. Bikes are provided to help you explore the area, and you'll also have shared access to the best pool on 30A! This home also includes a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals and beach snacks, along with comfortable bedrooms that include three master suites with plenty of room for your guests to spread out and relax.

What's nearby:
The spectacular white, sandy beaches along the Emerald Coast of the Gulf of Mexico are just a half-mile south of this rental (with an on-demand trolley service available to make the trip even easier), allowing you to spend your mornings building sandcastles and watching for playful dolphins in the surf. You can also cool off after a day at the beach in the fantastic community pool. This house is also close to an assortment of restaurants, shops, and art galleries as well, including several within walking distance.

Either the homeowners, the property manager, or individual renting a home in our community will be required to complete the registration form to receive their amenity wristbands and parking passes. The registration form requires the following information:

Contact information for the primary guest
Address of the residence in Seacrest being rented
Arrival and departure dates
Number of occupants eight years of age and older
Number of occupants under eight years of age
Year, Make, Model, Color, and Tag # of all vehicles to be parked at the residence
This information is required to ensure compliance with Association rules and is considered confidential. It is only accessible by our two Community Association Managers and the manager of the Guest Services Department. It will be shared with the members of the Security Department, the Walton County Sheriff’s Department, and/or the South Walton Fire Department on an as-needed basis.

Packets containing amenity wristbands, parking passes, and the welcome packet will be available for pickup at the Guest Service Window. Each individual picking up a packet will need to provide identification and will be required to sign a document confirming they’ve received the packet. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates (G1 to G6). There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.
