The place was great. Easy check-in and check-out. Would stay again anytime!

June 2026

The front door was ajar when we arrived. The floor in dining room was dirty. There was chocolate speared under the table, on the floor. Other than that, it was fine. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were hard.

Avari response:

Thank you, Jamie, for sharing your experience with us. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and are sorry to hear that the arrival wasn't as welcoming as it should have been. A door left ajar and a less-than-clean dining room are not the standards we strive for, and we take full responsibility for that.

We’re glad to hear you found the beds comfortable, though we understand that the pillows didn’t meet your expectations. We’re always looking for ways to enhance our guests' comfort, and your input is invaluable in that process.

We hope you’ll consider staying with us again, as we’re committed to providing a better experience next time. Thank you for choosing Avari, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

We had a wonderful time! I loved how all the bedrooms had their own bathroom (except the bunk bedroom which we didn’t use). The place was very clean and easy to walk everywhere. Exactly how it was listed! At times it was about 15-20 minute wait for the trolley to the beach but the home did provide beach towels and chairs which was great.

Perfect spot for a visit to Rosemary Beach! We love the neighborhood, the pool, the trolley service to the beach, and will definitely be back!
