We were pleased with our stay, but some things could use improvement.
The apartment itself is nice though with some signs of worn finishes. The beds were uncomfortable, which affected one of our group who has a sensitive back. We had issues with our door code which stopped working on 2 separate occasions. It took a long time waiting on the phone with management to get access again. There was also a cable TV installation during our short stay (they did call ahead for permission) and a real estate agent showed up for a viewing which they then rescheduled.
That said, the resort is great - with direct access to the beach, spacious pool, central location in the town of Rosemary Beach with easy walkability to shops and restaurants. So we enjoyed our vacation on the whole and found the area very charming; we just felt that the apartment itself wasn't the best value for money.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The property was perfectly located for our needs, clean, well-stocked, and the 2 bikes and chairs/umbrella were a huge plus! The property is as pictured and I highly recommend it!

The complex is one of our favorites in the area. This unit, however, fell short of some of the others we've stayed in. They need to beef up the kitchen utensils/etc (no spatulas, etc), the bedding was very worn/marked, and the second bedroom beds were creaky and very uncomfortable. The complex itself is great...clean, great common areas, perfect location.

Ongoing construction of many updates to High Pointe was a bit of a distraction during our stay but we generally enjoyed the condo and amenities as we have many times before dating back to 2012.

Overall, we had a good stay. The unit is very conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops. The pool and beach on site were wonderful. The chairs and umbrella were a huge bonus and the bikes were a nice plus too.

We stayed in unit 3333. Upon arrival it didn’t feel dirty, but definitely did not feel clean either. There were streaks on the tables and windows, crocked lamp shades and pictures, dated bathrooms… just did not give the clean and welcoming feel. A good deep clean and some updating would really go a long way.

However, the location is so convenient and the unit was more than adequate for our stay.
