Exceptional

Fantastic house in a great location, close to the beach and the restaurants.

The hosts could have explained that we needed to get wristlebands to access the beach and the pool.

Avari response:

Thank you, Cassio, for sharing your experience with us. We're thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic house and its great location near the beach and restaurants. It’s wonderful to know that you found comfort in our space.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the wristbands for beach and pool access. We understand how important clear communication is, and we’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused during your stay. Ultimately, it’s on us to ensure our guests have all the information they need for a seamless experience.

We hope to welcome you back soon, so you can enjoy even more of what Inlet Beach has to offer. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we’re here to make your next stay even better.

June 2026

This house was adequate. It was walking distance to several key areas, like beach access, restaurants, the pool, and some shopping. We had a couple issues while staying in the house that had to be addressed by the property management company. But they handled them quickly, while staying in communication with us through the process. It was only a small impact to our overall experience. And the property management company was found to be very polite and courteous. One nice surprise was the bin full of beach chairs and other items located at the back of the house. One limitation that should be noted for future renters is the neighborhood rule that prohibits golf carts. For a house on 30A, found on short notice, it did the job.

Avari response:

Thank you, John, for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear that you found the location convenient and enjoyed the beach chairs we provided. It’s great to know that our team was able to address the issues you encountered promptly and keep you informed throughout the process. We strive to ensure our guests feel supported and cared for during their stay.

We appreciate your feedback about the neighborhood rules regarding golf carts, and we’ll make sure to highlight that for future guests. Your insights help us improve the experience for everyone. We hope to welcome you back to Avari in the future for another stay on 30A!

This house was perfect! We were in town for a close friends wedding and the house was perfectly located to be able to walk to all events (hosted in Alys Beach). The walk to the beach is incredibly convenient, and the pool in the neighborhood is an excellent perk. The house has great porch space. Highly recommend staying here!
