This top floor lovely unit has a lot to offer, including a great view of the lagoon-style pool.

High Pointe is a private gated resort, nestled between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Experience the upscale shops, restaurants, and events of Rosemary and Alys Beach all within a 5-minute walk. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!

The Merchants of Seacrest Beach is located directly across the street less than .2-miles from the resort and has several boutiques and restaurants. There are also plenty of ice cream, coffee, snack, jewelry and t-shirt shops there as well. One mile away are the shops of 30Avenue with several exquisite dining options. 10 miles east you will find Pier Park in Panama City Beach.

One of the best locations that we have stayed on 30a. The pool was exceptional and my only complaint is that it needs better lighting for swimming after sunset. You can’t really beat the proximity of the beach and pool to the condo and that’s probably what we paid for. There isn’t flexibility with check in. To get into the property you fill out a piece of paper while everyone else is piling up behind you because check in is at 4 pm for everyone. We had the incorrect number of wristbands in the condo and we had to wait until the office opened up at 9 am to get another wristband which was fine but inconvenient because we had to adjust our plans to get the wrist band. The WiFi password didn’t work and Avari never messaged me back . The condo was neat and clean. The dryer needs replacing. The knives were terrible. The shower drain in the master bathroom does not drain properly. Also if you have small kids, there is not a door alarm or secondary latch to lock the door so be carefu
