Overview

**PLEASE NOTE: Wooden beams and framing have been installed on the balconies as part of preparations for future community projects. These structures partially reduce the views from the balconies, including the pool area.**

This condo at the Pointe puts you right in the heart of Inlet Beach's sun and fun in the sun is inevitable! Whether you choose to go for a dip in the on-site pool and hot tub or stroll down to the beach, there is no wrong way to spend your day! Nearby attractions include Camp Helen State Park, Conservation Park, and the Gulf World Marine Park. Tons of great local dining options can also be found close to home. Additional perks at the Pointe include poolside cabanas, a fitness center, on-site dining, a rooftop lounge with Rosemary Beach and Gulf views, and Tesla charging stations.

The condo's sleek interior is well-appointed for home comfort. When you aren't dining out, utilize the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. Sink into plush seating in the living room and stream your favorites on the smart TV. The spacious private balcony overlooking the pool is sure to be a go-to spot for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

We had a great stay! The kids loved biking everywhere and I enjoyed relaxing by the pool! All around everyone had a great time!

Lots of pluses, especially the location (very close to groceries, 30A restaurants, beach, golf). Also liked the updated bathrooms, large bedrooms with TVs, multiple decks, lots of light, swimming pool views, Breakfast diner on premises.

Some room for improvement:
bathroom and bedroom doors didn't lock, broken toaster, no Keurig machine, one shower drain was slow.

Toaster didn't work, no wine opener, had to borrow from next door and no oven mitts but other than that condo was great and very clean.
