This charming retreat is perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo escape, placing you a few minutes' walk from the sugar-sand beach and the emerald Gulf of Mexico. The pool will be heated from March 6 through April 12, 2026. This garden-level condo sits half a block north of 30A itself, and less than a quarter-mile stroll from two beach access points. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and taking long walks along the coastline, or hop on your bikes for an easy ride to Seaside (two miles up the coast) on the Timpoochee Trail.
