Enjoy a flatscreen TV in each of the three bedrooms, a polished, open kitchen, and a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee in the sun. On the grounds of the property, you'll also have access to two community pools, a sunbathing deck, and seasonal tram service to the beach.

The Village of South Walton is a charming community that sits just across 30A from a dedicated access point to the white sand of Sunset Beach. In this wonderful spot between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, you'll find an assortment of great shopping and dining establishments on the first floor of the building, as well as countless others in the immediate vicinity. Head a few blocks down 30A to check out the farmers market in Rosemary Beach, or ride your bikes to Alys Beach (half a mile west) and Camp Helen State Park (two miles east).

Hello Guests! Please read all the information included below! AVARI CONTACT INFO: Please call 1-800-467-3529 for assistance PARKING: It is first-come, first-serve parking. No parking passes are required. No boats, trailers, RVs, or jet skis. DIRECTIONS TO UNIT: This condo is in Building A. Go between the two buildings and at the stop sign turn left. The building will be on the left. 1/2 way down the building you will see the elevator for the A and B building. Take it to the 3rd floor. Turn left off the elevator and go over the catwalk to the A building the door to the unit is on the left. DIRECTION TO BEACH: You can access the beach from the Sunset Beach community. If you head west on County Hwy 30A you will see a large lifeguard chair on the right side. If you look directly across the street, you will see the access for the Sunset Beach community. Tram runs March 1st – October 31st Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM (no service from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) Must call for Tram pickup at 850-259-6005 (the tram does not come unless called) Village of South Walton Armbands are required to use the Tram. The Tram does not run in inclement weather. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed. The tram stop is located adjacent to the pool on Village Lane. All guests 10+ will need to wear wristbands to board the tram. Wristbands are required for both use of the tram and beach access. When departing, please leave the wrist bands in the room. INFO ABOUT THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sand castles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on. BEACH FLAGS: For your safety please review the different colors of the “Beach Flag Warnings” and information on how to swim out of a rip tide, click the link below https://www.visitsouthwalton.com/userfiles/VSW_BeachSafetyPoster_8-18.pdf AIR CONDITIONING: Please do not leave any balcony doors open while running the AC. This will cause damage to the AC! It will freeze up and stop working. SUPPLIES: You will receive a starter pack of 2 trash bags in the kitchen trash can, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 laundry soap, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 bottle of liquid dish soap, and 1 sponge. In each bathroom, you will have 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, and 1 bar of soap. You will be responsible for any extra supplies needed during your stay. POOLS: There are pools located in the back right of the property, next to building H. MAIL/DELIVERIES: Please do not get anything mailed to the unit, as we do not have access to the mailbox. If you would like to receive mail during your stay; UPS can hold packages for pick-up for up to five days at local centers (although note that Christmas week may have special restrictions). Amazon.com has a locker service in certain locations. USPS: Any packages sent by USPS should be addressed with the guest's name and 'General Delivery' to the Post Office and picked up at the Post Office with a valid Photo ID. WIFI/SERVICE/TV: Please note, due to high occupancy along 30A and an overload within the South Walton county system broadband, you may experience sporadic outages or poor connections. This is most likely due to capacity in the county. Please feel free to reset the modem if you feel it is specific to the unit. We recommend using fewer devices to assist with this. Upon your departure, please ensure your information is signed out of all streaming services on TV's as we will not be responsible for wrongful use!
