Perfect Beach Home within 100 yards of Florida's best beaches

This charming home is ideally located just across 30A and within 100 yards of the public beach access. Situated in a community of homes with a centrally located community pool, it offers both convenience and a relaxing atmosphere. The home is exceptionally clean and thoughtfully equipped, with a kitchen that includes all the basic essentials needed for preparing meals at home. It comfortable sleeps 8 people in bedrooms and 10 people using the pull out couch in the family room. The community was quiet and there was public parking along 30A which was helpful since there are only 2 parking spaces available.

While there are not many restaurants, bars, or other amenities within walking distance of the home, several options are just a short drive away. The location provides a relaxing setting while still being conveniently close to dining, shopping, and other attractions by car. (The easy access to the beach makes up for it)

The house was very nice, clean and close to the beach. Public beach access was just across the street. The communication was excellent, friendly and responsive. Internet worked fine for us to work and stream television. Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach communities are very close by as were shops and restaurants.

This is a great property and felt like the owner was thoughtful about guest experience. Definitely would recommend. Beach is right across the street and in walking distance to a small market.
