The condo is beautiful with a lot of space. The grounds are also beautiful & the location to town is great. The primary toilet was clogged upon arrival & had to be addressed which caused inconvenience. Condo amenities showed no blow dryers included & we contacted Avari Mgt to verify. They verified that blow dryers were not included in the condo, so we brought our own (we were flying in so it was a nuisance to bring). When we arrived we found multiple blow dryers available. There are not any beach towels included with the condo, which we felt for a beach front condo, should be a staple & a wonderful & relatively inexpensive convenience which should be supplied to patrons, especially those flying in. The kitchen was supplied well with some things, but did not have any basic spices like salt/pepper & many of the utensils did not work. We had to buy a wine opener-the one provided did not work. 2 beach chairs & an umbrella are provided, however the beach set up is super crowded.
