This second-floor condo is located in the Village of South Walton Beach, a complex with an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and several restaurants and eateries on its grounds. You'll have dedicated beach access through the Sunset Beach HOA just up 30A, which you can reach via the tram that stops half a block away, every 20 minutes.

As you step inside this centrally air-conditioned studio, you'll be struck by the generous amount of space and light. Hang your beach towels by the door, fix cold drinks and snacks in the kitchenette, and sit down at the table to enjoy them beneath a crystal chandelier.

After a day spent riding bikes on the Timpoochee Trail or swimming in the sparkling Gulf of Mexico, unwind in the evening by watching movies on the cable TV and sharing photos via the complimentary WiFi. Additional features of the condo include a comfortable bed and a full bathroom.

Please help us keep our home beautiful for future guests by following these simple guidelines. **General Rules** Registered guests only. No parties or events. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Damages: Please report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly. **Wristbands** Parking passes are not required for parking on the property. Wristbands are required for beach access. Upon departure, please leave all wristbands in the unit. A $50 replacement fee will be charged to the reservation for each missing wristband. **Tram Service** Tram runs March 1st – October 31st Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM (no service from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM) Must call for Tram pickup at 850-259-6005 (the tram does not come unless called) Village of South Walton Armbands are required to use the Tram. The Tram does not run in inclement weather. No wagons, no glass, no canopies, or pets allowed. The tram stop is located adjacent to the pool on Village Lane. All guests 10+ will need to wear wristbands to board the tram. Wristbands are required for both use of the tram and beach access. **Smoking** No smoking or vaping inside the property. Dispose of cigarette butts properly outdoors. **Beach & Sand** Please rinse off sand before entering the home. Shake out beach gear and towels outside when possible. Do not use indoor towels at the beach. For more information on beach safety and your nearest public beach access location, visit https://www.visitsouthwalton.com/beach-bay-access-locations/ **Kitchen** Please avoid overloading the refrigerator with room-temperature items, as this can cause temperatures to rise and may take 12–24 hours to return to normal cooling; please keep the refrigerator and freezer doors closed as much as possible. Do not put grease, seafood shells, or large food items down the disposal. **Trash** Bag all trash before placing it in outdoor bins. Follow local trash collection guidelines posted in the home. **Mail/Deliveries** Please do not have anything mailed to the unit/home, as we do not have access to the mailbox. **HVAC & Doors** Keep doors and windows closed when the AC is running. Recommended thermostat setting: 72–76°F. Pest reminder: Due to Florida’s warm climate, occasional palmetto bugs and small insects can appear even with regular pest service; keeping doors closed helps prevent them from entering.
