Unit 1312 at the High Point resort was a great place to stay for our first visit to Rosemary beach. It has an excellent location and is walkable / bike-able to lots of great restaurants and activities. Another perk is the two beach chair and umbrella that come with the rental, which are preset up for you daily. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

We loved everything about the place. Close to all the spots we love to eat at and shop at. Loved the tennis and pickleball courts. Very quiet and relaxing.

This condo unit was our favorite so far! We have stayed at High Pointe for the past 5 years and were very impressed with both the quality & cleanliness of this home away from home. It was perfect for our family of 4, and had space for our friends to visit. We loved the proximity to the ocean & Crabby Steve’s for dinner. Also had extra beach chairs which was appreciated! The king mattress was one of the comfiest I have ever slept on. We were missing a toaster & had another minor service issue and Vacasa was super quick to respond, even on Saturday night & Sunday morning. Can’t recommend this rental enough!
