June 2026

The location is great as it is right in the heart of 30A. The beach, restaurants, shopping, etc are all very near and walkable. Two chairs and an umbrella are including daily at the beach and the private access is great.

The space itself needs some TLC. It’s not a bad space, but it’s showing wear and tear. The kitchen tile is cracked, the walls need fresh paint, and some of the furniture needs to be repaired or replaced. I found the bed to be uncomfortable but others in my party did not have any issues.

The staff on property were very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful. The grounds are well maintained. The pool and hot tub were nice as well.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Avari response:

Thank you, Scott, for sharing your thoughts about your stay with us. We’re thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the fantastic location and the convenience of having beach chairs and an umbrella included. It’s great to know that our friendly staff made a positive impression and that you found the grounds well maintained.

We genuinely appreciate your feedback regarding the space. We understand that wear and tear can impact the overall experience, and we’re committed to addressing these concerns. Your insights about the kitchen and furniture will help us prioritize improvements, as we want every guest to feel completely comfortable during their stay.

We’re glad to hear that, overall, you enjoyed your time with us. We would love the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, and we’ll strive to make your next visit even better.
