We had a lovely Spring Break. Traveled with our two teens 15 & 14. They loved the Big Chill. I don't normally write negative reviews but I feel the homeowners should be aware of a few things. The porch only had 1 Adirondack chair. It may sound silly - but we booked this place because we wanted to sit out on the porch and have our coffee/wine. The picnic bench is not suitable for that. Please put two chairs on porch as picture describes. Speaking of wine - there are 2 wine glasses in home. A bit strange :) That should be an easy fix that I'd consider.
When we arrived we noticed there were bikes but there was nothing on Avari's directions about codes. My teens wanted to jet off when we arrived and I spent about 20 minutes on hold with Avari trying to obtain the code for the bikes. Please consider a house manual on the table with all necessary information for old ladies like me ;0 I had a hard time understanding the agent from Avarai but it was resolved after the 20 minute call.

Nice, big beautiful home in the center of all activities. Missing some lightbulbs in the house and towels need to be completely replaced. Overall value was decent but at $850 -$1000 a night, needs to be in perfect condition.

We will be back for sure! This house was perfect for our family of 4 (all adults now). PLENTY of space to spend time together and also get away. LOVED the location. Restaurants and shops within steps and the beach a short ride to the state park is STUNNING. The staff at Vacasa was SUPER attentive, they responded very quickly if we had a question or request. Thank you for a great week away for our family.
