High Pointe 1112 This ground floor condominium is nestled within the private gated resort of High Pointe in beautiful Seacrest right between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Pickleball courts and tennis courts are both on-site - a coveted and rare amenity in the area!

The home accommodates up to eight guests and boasts a view of the lagoon-style pool. Your family and friends will be just a short stroll from the crystal-clear Gulf waters so be sure to use the full kitchen to crank out lots of lunches for hours of sun and sand. The outside patio is perfect for catching up on a good book or with good friends.

Crabby Steve’s restaurant is located onsite. There are also a ton of great places to visit right next to the resort such as Grits & Grind, a short walk away, where you can get an awesome smokehouse scramble or southern style eggs benedict. Grab a slice to go from Pizza by the Sea at Seacrest Beach, also walking distance. There are also plenty of ice cream and coffee shops, and snack, jewelry, and t-shirt purveyors available as well. Less than a mile away, you'll find the shops of 30Avenue. 10-miles east, check out Pier Park in Panama City Beach with all kinds of great activities and attractions.

The apartment is just like the pictures, though I didnt see the tennis courts (we didnt even try to use it). We saw the Pickleball courts but Im not sure they provide the equipment.
They dont provide towels of any type, which I wasnt aware of and had to go and buy them. Not even hand towel for the bathroom.
They provide some basics to start with, though some water bottles would be very nice to have at arrival, specially that the water dispenser from the fridge wasnt working.
The apartment is just a few steps from the pool and a short walk from the beach which for our family was VERY convenient. 20 min drive from Panama beach
They have plenty of beach stuff for kids to play and enjoy so you dont have to pack anything. At this time of the year (Aug), the apartment includes the rental service of a sunbruella and 2 beach chairs that once you go to the beach and claim them, are waiting for you every day until you leave. I difinitely loved that service. They offer 2 adult bycicles for free

Great stay at this unit in High Pointe Resort. The location is perfect. Everything was super easy to get to and the pool and beach access were excellent. Short walks with no hassle and both were really nice.
The condo was clean comfortable and had everything we needed. Solid spot for a beach trip.
Highly recommend. We would definitely come back.
