Guests staying in the Prominence community have access to several convenient beach access points nearby:

• Santa Clara Beach Access (via Bramble Grove Rd, Seagrove) – Approximately 3 miles away with public parking available. This is one of the most popular access points for Prominence guests, and golf cart parking is available nearby. To get there, turn right onto 30A and continue about 1 mile. Bramble Grove Rd will be on your left, just past Tom Thumb.

Getting to the Beach:

We love staying at Prominence. This was our 3 rd year staying at this community. We love the Big Chill across the street. Only part that is disappointing- the pool security is so uptight.
Rules are strongly monitored- no drinks near the pool , no floats or balls in the pool.
Aside from the pool , we love this location!

Love the House, Town and the ambience. I will just add next time some Holidays decoration on the house like a Christmas Tree. And the showers some secure bars for elders. Also, WIFI info was incorrected, but the Guest Service was very helpful the next Day. The rest was very pleasant and comfortable. The Golf carts are a plus!!! Highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at The Great Escape. Firstly, the home is beautiful, clean, and had plenty of room for our family. Having access to a washer and dryer was amazing, and the kitchen was good size for cooking and eating. It was mainly well stocked and the location was great!

During our stay, unfortunately we noticed the sink leaking quite a bit. After we noticed, we immediately stopped using the sink, dishwasher, and disposal, which was a bit of a hardship with kids and a baby. We also had to clean up where the sink leak had flooded the cabinet with food particles and water. I tried contacting Vacasa the evening we noticed, but it was after hours and i was not able to get ahold of anyone after an extensive wait on the phone. I tried again the next day via text first thing in the am and someone was repairing the sink by the following afternoon.
My only other issue was regarding the coffee machine. Be advised - there is no Nespresso machine as pictured in the listing photos - just drip coffee. After purchasing coffee grounds, I also realized that the house was out of coffee filters. So, be prepared to bring some of both :)

This was a beautiful place in a great location. It could have been cleaned a little better still had rings from cups on counters and table and dirty dish in cabinets. Overall was nice and close drive to the beach on golf cart provided. The golf cart maintenance crew did come by during our stay and misplaced the key but brought a new one back quickly once we contacted them. I would stay at this rental again for sure!
