Building A is fully completed and open. Building B is undergoing exterior painting and balcony inspections. Building C is experiencing patio railing installation, inspections, and exterior painting.
Due to construction materials, the parking garage underneath Building C is completely blocked. On-site parking is extremely limited, so we strongly encourage bringing only one vehicle per party, if possible. Please expect intermittent noise, dust, and debris during your stay. Thank you for your patience as we improve our property.

Location was fabulous! Beach access/beach chairs were fabulous! Room was fabulous…clean, and Everything we needed was there! My new favorite in Sea Grove. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful location and perfect condo for our crew. I cannot say enough good things about this unit, Dunes of Seagrove, & Vacasa. We enjoyed every minute and we are already planning for next year.

It was very close to the beach. You can see the ocean water, but not the beach because of the dunes and being on the first floor.
