This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. With the bedroom facing the Gulf side, there is a view of the Gulf from the windows as well. Other features of this upgraded, wonderfully decorated, colorful rental unit include upgraded granite countertops, new cabinets, and appliances, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathrooms have vanity, light fixtures, and cabinets. The primary bath has a tub while the second bath has a walk-in shower. The living room has a TV, CD stereo system, VCR and a DVD player. The primary bedroom has a TV with a DVD player and a guest bedroom has a TV, VCR and a DVD player.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

We have no complaints about the property. It was maybe 4 steps out the main floor onto the boardwalk thing to the beautiful powder soft beach. Chair & umbrella service was great!
Location was great and was nice to not be in the craziness of Destin. Drove the few minutes over to Destin 1 evening for dinner and took 2hr 15min to drive the 11miles back. Peak season :(
The condo had everything in the kitchen we could ever need. The starter pack of dish soap, sponge etc was great.
The view from the balcony, living room and master suite was amazing.
It is very close to the pool however the pool hours are strictly enforced so we had no issues with pool noises disturbing us while sleeping.

My family of 5 traveled here for 5 days and we loved it! The beach views are amazing! The condo came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use also. The condo was very clean as was the whole complex. The host sent everything we needed through VRBO and was great! My kids loved the pool, they made friends and played Marco Polo for hours. We are ready to come back soon!!
