This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes patio doors in the living room leading to a private balcony that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Other features of this upgraded, tropical island style vacation rental include a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove, and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The bathroom includes a tub and a vanity, light fixture and cabinets. The living room and bedroom both have a TV.

Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
The primary guest must be 25 years or older to book this property.

Beautiful and very very clean. Wonderful view, loved the corner room, the cut back wall on the balcony let us have a great view down the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had some problems with cable and WiFi .
They said they had sent maintenance who reported that WiFi was good but that they had to contact HOA for the cable box issue.
Needless to say I was disappointed that maintenance never came out the second time we reported that the television still wasn’t working.
They never sent a gate code to get in the facility parking lot.
My husband and I usually book through VACASA but this time we didn’t and we had some issues.
Overall it wasn’t horrible, just frustrating that the issues weren’t addressed and blame was pushed to HOA .

Could use more electrical outlets in the bedroom or provide a power strip and the mattress slopes in the middle making it hard to get a good nights sleep.
