This beautiful, newly-remodeled waterfront unit is located on the seventh floor with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. All appliances are General Electric. The kitchen has been updated with beautiful granite countertops with a peninsula for added prep space and two counter stools for quick meals. The bathroom has a deep tub with many shelves, vanity, and a cabinet. The living area is carpeted and boasts palm tree décor. The unit also includes a TV and complimentary internet access. All linen and towels are provided for your comfort.

We enjoyed our stay here and would book again in the future.

The only 2 little things we noticed was that the sliding door to the patio does not lock. We had 2 toddlers with us so this was a concern on our end. We only stayed 1 night, had we stayed longer, we’d probably requested this be fixed while we were there.

The other was that the vent cover rattled when the air came on at 2 am. This isn’t a big deal but middle of the night, half asleep, it made us think someone was trying to get in the door. Needless to say, we jumped up to find it was the vent.

I alerted the management team to these and they were kind in their response to look into both. Otherwise, our stay was very nice and we loved the location and couldn’t have asked for better convenience.
