Situated on the sixth floor of a lovely beachfront complex, the 300-square-foot balcony is the ideal setting for an al-fresco meal or some quiet time with a favorite novel. The living space enjoys luxurious furniture, tasteful dĂ©cor, and high, coffered ceilings studded with attractive ceiling fans. You'll love catching a good ballgame on the mounted flatscreen TV.

The full kitchen is open and spacious, with a large pantry, stainless steel appliances that include a french-door refrigerator, and granite countertops, plus a breakfast bar with seating for three. You can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table then let the dishwasher knock out all the dirty dishes.
