We had a wonderful stay here! The condo was exactly as described and had a new table and chair set on the balcony that was very comfortable and good to use for eating a meal or just watching and enjoying the ocean. Communication was excellent and we were even able to check in early, which does not happen very often. Parking is abundant, which we appreciated. The complimentary umbrella and chairs rental were great. So nice to have that taken care of! We were about a 15-20 minute drive to Destin so if you think you may want to eat at restaurants in Destin every day, you may want to consider staying in Destin as traffic can be quite busy between Ft Walton and Destin. However, if you are looking for a little more peace and quiet, this area is fantastic!! Several good restaurants nearby....we loved the Pink Coyote Dessert Co and visited 3 times during our stay. Lost Pizza Company had delicious pizza. The Gulfarium is awesome....highly recommend it. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice facility. No large issues. Quiet and clean. "Trip Hazard" at door to balcony should have a yellow or red strip on both sides to draw your attention to the hazard. No hangers in the bedroom closet.
Like I said. Nothing that would keep us from coming back. a pleasant stay.

The view was splendid!!

The bed was lifted up so it was a climb to get in to it and it made noise when you moved around.
