This wonderful Gulf-front rental has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. The living room will provide you access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and a table for your comfort and enjoyment.

The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat in then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby as well as shopping available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This unit has 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system located in the living room.

We didn’t have internet for 3 days . The condo was clean, but we were disappointed that we didnt have beach set up . Had to pay extra for that

We loved this condo for its location and value. Wonderful beach-front views and so convenient to use the beach access directly behind the building. We would love to come back to this exact unit. The management was responsive when contacted. No complaints about anything.

Very nice condo for our weekend away for July 4th. The condo was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked except for complete sets of measuring cups and spoons. Several were missing. Do not bring coffee pods because there is not a keurig, only a brew coffee pot. We did have to call for 2 maintenance issues and had quick responses from Avari. Pleased with our stay.

The condo was nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I think the price was a little high for what it was given it was one bedroom and there was no elevator. The fan in the bedroom also needs tightened as it clicks when turned on anything but low. The sofa bed was also not very comfy. The condo did have some stuff that was stocked which was convenient and had a washer and dryer which was very nice. Overall. I would recommend the place based on those things alone. We did enjoy our time.
