It was beautiful and decorated well just needs some maintenance.

The location and view

The towels and sheets had stains and half the electrical outlets don’t work

Avari response:

Thank you, Asia, for sharing your thoughts with us. We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location and view during your stay. It’s wonderful to know that the decor added to your experience as well.

We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the maintenance issues you encountered. Stains on towels and sheets, along with non-functioning electrical outlets, are not the standards we strive for, and we’re sorry that these details impacted your stay. We take this seriously and will address these concerns with our team to ensure a more consistent experience for future guests.

Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again. We’re committed to making improvements and providing the quality experience you deserve.
