Overview

This beautiful Gulf-front vacation rental includes balcony entrances in both the primary suite and living room which lead to a large patio with spectacular Gulf views. Located on the 18th floor, this condo has one of the best sunset views as it overlooks all of the other condos around, giving you a stunning view of the coastline! You are also conveniently located directly across from restaurants and shops.

Your primary suite is complete with floor to ceiling windows of the Gulf, comfortable king bed, a TV and a primary bathroom that is complete with double vanities, separate jetted tub, and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a large queen bedroom suite, TV, large closet space. Features include granite countertops, full-size washer, and dryer off of the kitchen area, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals.

You will have the option to work out in the fitness center, play tennis on two of our secured tennis courts, relax in our outdoor pool, swim laps in our seasonally heated lap pool, grill burgers on one of our poolside charcoal grills, or unwind in the outdoor hot tub. Plus beach service is available for an added fee between March - October. You can even rent the social room with stunning floor to ceiling views of the Gulf and pool area for your private event!

Condo was a 10/10. No complaints. Room was exactly as pictured and everything was wonderful. Extremely clean. Enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, and washer pods to start out for a family, and it was more than enough for just 2 people for a week. Only items to note (NOT complaints- just nice to know ahead of time) there are coffee makers but no keurig so bring grounds/filters not pods, no salt/pepper and only 1 zero gravity chair outside- would love to have had a lounger or 2 outside. Would definitely pick this place again and will check this condo first when planning our next trip to Perdido Key.

Great location, oceanfront, close to Pensacola, Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. Condo was relaxing ( especially the balcony) with great views of the beach and sky. Great dining across the street or 30 minutes away.
