Waterscape A113 is stylishly decorated with rich neutral tones and has many amenities to offer. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious patio with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well-appointed, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bakeware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large glass-top table with bistro-style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations with a TV. The open living room houses a comfortable sofa with a queen sleeper couch, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, a private bath with a stand-up shower and garden tub, a TV, and a DVD player.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We had so much fun. It was as described. We cooked most our meals and our condo could use more than one frying pan.The host was very helpful.Many areas to enjoy and activities.We loved all the pools.

The condo was great! We like to sit outside. There was plenty of patio furniture. The condo is located between the exit to the pool and to the garage…super convenient! No complaints here! Very comfortable. Will be back!

This condo and the resort were great for our family, traveling with two adult couples and one toddler. The condo was very clean and had all the essentials. Having an en-suite bathroom for both bedrooms was fantastic and the bunk bed nook was great for our three year old. There were just a few things that could've been better. First, from the images and description, I expected to be able to walk off our patio to the pool and beach which was not the case. It was still very easily accessible by walking through the hallway indoors, but the photos did not make it clear that you can't exit from the patio like other ground level condos. Second, the furniture was lacking comfort. The couches in the living room were very used and sunken in. The pull out bed couch was so uncomfortable it was unusable for sleep. The master bedroom had a great mattress but the guest bedroom bed was so broken in, there was a visible large dip. We ended up taking the top bunk mattress and sleeping on that.
